“Just not another holistic practice”

What makes Naturopathic Practitioners different?

They look for the root of the problem.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy was the earliest known healing system used by many cultures for a wide range of health concerns before development of allopathic medicine.

Naturopathic wellness uses natural methods to support and stimulate the body’s self-healing process.

Naturopathic Principles:

  1. First do no harm.
  2. Practice the healing power of nature. The belief includes the concept that the body has the ability to heal itself.
  3. Identify and treat the cause. Symptoms give an indication of the cause.  Identify the cause and support its healing and everything else will improve.
  4. Treat the whole person.
  5. Practice prevention. Prevention is the best “cure”.
